The product
What is Oratap?
An operating platform for food and beverage businesses. It gives you your own ordering page, a live kitchen screen, a customer list you own and an AI assistant that answers from your own numbers.
Who is Oratap for?
Restaurants, coffee shops, delis, bakeries, pizza shops and food trucks.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your store page can live on your own domain, under your own brand.
Who owns my customer data?
You do, all of it. Every customer, order and catalogue item is exportable at any time and leaves with you if you leave.
Cost
What does Oratap cost?
Flex is $0 a month with a 5% Oratap fee per order. Core is $150 a month with 2%. Pro is $299 a month with 0%. Every plan includes every feature.
What does my customer pay?
A 5% Online Ordering Fee at checkout. Oratap never takes a cut of a tip, and card processing is charged by your own payment provider.
Is any feature locked on a cheaper plan?
No. Every plan includes every Oratap feature. Only the monthly price and the per-order fee change, and Pro adds your own customer app, which is coming soon.
Setting up
I already have a menu. Do I retype it?
No. Send a photo, a PDF, a spreadsheet or a link to your old site. It comes back structured and priced, and you review it before anything goes live.
Does anything go live without my approval?
No. Every item, price and category comes back for you to edit, and nothing is live until you approve it.
What is not built yet?
Your own customer app on Pro is not shipped yet, and neither are POS integrations, the open API or fraud protection. Anything not shipped is labelled as coming soon rather than sold as if it were running.
